May Health Tips

May is Stroke Awareness Month.

Do you know how to recognize the symptoms of stroke? This Better Health blog post addresses symptoms and prevention and separates stroke myths from facts.

Learn more about how Baptist Memorial hospitals are using technology to treat strokes.

Allergy season is here!

Did you know Memphis is among the top five cities for high pollen counts? This can set your immune system into overdrive and result in runny noses, itchy eyes and nonstop sneezing. What can you do about it? Check the Baptist Better Health blog for tips on treating and preventing allergy symptoms.
